MARION
WATSON
- The family enter a historic vehicle run, from John O'Groats to Land's End.
Ryan
(Roadworthy) Reynolds is stunned by the ability of Tim Watson to repair Marion's surfing bus, Volkswagen,
at the roadside, including the Kombi van leading the Cannonballer's
through an artificial fog with dodgy road signs, running level with a puncture, and repairing a
wheel bearing with no jack.
But
most of all, the long serving RAC rescue man, could not understand how Tim
Watson was able to undo bolts that were rusted solid, in the Glitter
Girl's Mini Cooper. He did not notice Anthony, while in invisible mode.
Though, acutely aware that something beyond his comprehension, was
assisting the Watson's, that could not be explained. Hence, he is
convinced their VW is haunted, or
alive, somehow.
His
call sign is: "Roadworthy."
Ryan
is fictionally related to the makers of the famous steel
tubing company. Also with links to a chain
manufacturer. He is no relation to the famous Hollywood
actor, of the same name. Unless, he wants to play a part in the film made
from this novel/screenplay. Like Roger Moore played himself in the 1960s
Cannonball Run movie.
