Bluebird 2 - Shaping the foam filler It's amazing how things come together, provided you just keep going. Final shaping is completed using 40 grit production paper bonded to long straight timbers. The next step is to coat the polystyrene in plaster, to provide a solid surface against which to apply glass and resin. The resultant plug may be painted in 2 pack and used to produce moulds.
