Bluebird 2 - Stacking foam filling
Expanded polystyrene (supplied by Harcross Timber & Building Supplies) was bonded in between the plywood formers, which was then roughly cut using ordinary woodsaws and panel beaters body-files. This is a very messy part of the process. At time of writing BE3 has no corporate materials sponsor. If your company would like to offer support to the BE3 project, we would like to hear from you.
